Hi. I’m Gemma, the one doing the admin.
For longer than I care to remember, I have worked with businesses overhauling and maintaining their administration.
I also have a background in Design!
I love form, function, and efficiency. There is nothing more satisfying than creating calm and beauty out of chaos. The art (and it is an art) of decluttering and organisation, for me, is the perfect combination of design and administration. So I thought ‘Why not do that as a thing?… a business?’
From this one fleeting moment, Gemma Does Admin. (GDA) was born.

How long will this process take?
The duration depends on the size of the space and your specific needs. We will give you a timeline estimate once we understand your project!
What areas do you specialise in?
We offer services for every area of your home, including kitchens, bathrooms, closets, and home offices.
We also do digital organising! Yes!! If you have files on several different devices, or none of your photos are in any type of order, GDA is here to help.
GDA is also here for the small business. Let’s face it, it isn’t just our homes that can be in need of a declutter. So if your business is drowning in a sea of paper, or no one can find any files, GDA can help you create a system that works for your office.
Will you help me decide what to keep and what to let go??
Absolutely! The core of GDA’s practice is Listen, Acknowledge, Respect, and Cleanse. We work with you to determine what is important to you and where it fits into your lifestyle.
Can I get more than one service at a time?
Yes, indeed. Once you begin with one space, it’s common to want to keep going with the next. GDA can customise a package to suit your needs.
What areas do you cover?
Currently, we are supplying the following areas; Williamstown, Newport, Spotswood, Yarraville, Seddon.
However, please feel free to get in contact if you are further afield. GDA may still be able to help.
Do you have a Price List?
I do indeed. Depending on the service, GDA has a flat hourly rate. Because GDA works directly with you, there is a two-hour minimum. After this, the standard flat rate for your chosen service will be charged. You can find GDA rates on our Services page.
Payment terms are judged on a project-to-project basis. Please contact GDA to discuss.
Do you work with NDIS?
Yes! And I adjust my pricing structure according to your funding needs! So please don’t be afraid to reach out!
What about Insurance?
Not to worry! I have that covered too. My Business Insurance covers everything needed for me to enter your personal or business space. You can find my Certificate of Currency here.
